Cancellation & Refund Policy

Renascence Solutions believes in maintaining clear, fair, and transparent agreements with our clients, and has therefore established the following cancellation and refund policy. Under this policy:

 

  • Project Initiation & Deposits: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before the project officially commences. Please note that a 50% deposit is required before project initiation, and all payments are strictly non-refundable once work has begun. * Termination of Agreement: Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. In the event of termination after work has started, no refunds will be issued. Instead, the client will be invoiced for the proportionate amount of work completed up to the point of termination.

 

  • Revisions & Scope: If you feel the project deliverables do not meet your expectations or the outlined proposal, you must communicate this during the review phases. Your project quote includes two rounds of revisions to address these concerns. Requests for additional features or revisions beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges rather than qualifying for a refund.

 

  • Warranty & Technical Issues: We provide a one-year warranty following project completion. During this period, any bugs or technical issues originating from our development will be resolved free of charge. We do not offer refunds or assume responsibility for issues arising from third-party software, hosting services, client delays, or unauthorized modifications made to the website after delivery.

 

  • Refund Processing: In the rare event that a refund is approved by Renascence Solutions (e.g., if a project is canceled by the client prior to any work beginning), it will take 6-8 business days for the refund to be processed to the client.
